North Ridge Country Club Wedding | Katherine + Manny

The Meeting…
They met on the first day of college orientation. During the introduce yourself, with an awkward dance move ice breaker, Manny broke out his signature “shopping cart” move and she was impressed. A couple hours later they were both looking for the bathroom only to realize there wasn’t one on that floor of Tolentine Hall. That was almost 12 years ago. Katherine + Manny are a couple that loves to laugh, and have been best friends for years prior to dating.

The Proposal…
March 2012 – She knew it was coming at some point but didn’t know it would be that particular weekend. They were in Colonial Williamsburg, VA which is a special place for the two of them. They just finished dinner at the Williamsburg Inn and she thought they were about to leave. Instead Manny took Katherine to the Inn’s parlor that had been decorated with candles and chocolate covered strawberries and he got down on one knee. She said it was perfect.

“Chris and Toni, We both just watched this and cannot thank you enough for the work you did.  The film is beautifully put together and really captures the spirit of the day.  We can’t wait to see the rest. Thanks so much. Ps – great song choices!! :)”…Katherine, Bride

Heart Stone Films was the videographer for our wedding earlier this year. Chris and Toni are both very talented and a pleasure to work with. The cameras they use are small and their style is very unobtrusive. They want to capture the day as it unfolds, and they achieve that beautifully. We just got to see our wedding film and we were amazed by the final product. The footage they filmed while seeming almost invisible was truly impressive and reflective of the day. The editing was extremely well done and the music selections were perfect. I am so glad Heart Stone Films helped document our wedding, and I would absolutely recommend them to others. We are beyond thrilled with our film. If you are on the fence about whether to have a videographer document your day – do it. You won’t be disappointed.
